Overview

These terms apply to CosmicQuest Studios LLC websites, apps, and related services, including Actually. By using our services, you agree to use them lawfully and responsibly.

Actually informational use

Actually provides automated, source-backed assistance for checking factual claims. Results may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Actually is not legal, medical, financial, safety, or professional advice. You should review sources and use your own judgment before relying on a result.

App Store EULA

Unless a separate custom license is provided in the app or App Store listing, apps distributed by CosmicQuest Studios LLC through the Apple App Store use Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Subscriptions and purchases

Actually may offer auto-renewable subscriptions or other in-app purchases through Apple. Purchases are billed by Apple to your Apple ID. Subscription pricing, renewal period, trial terms, and cancellation options are shown by Apple before purchase.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges. Refund requests are handled through Apple.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse, overload, probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or try to bypass security controls for our services. Do not use our services to violate laws, infringe rights, harass others, or submit content you are not allowed to process.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We work to keep services reliable, but we do not guarantee that they will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating system, or network.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CosmicQuest Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from reliance on app outputs, service interruptions, or third-party services.
