Actually app version

iOS version and device model

Whether the check started from a screenshot, shared text, or manual entry

The error message or unexpected result you saw

Whether the issue relates to a purchase, subscription, or verification result

Verification results

Results can be supported, contradicted, or uncertain. If a result looks wrong, include what you were checking and any source links shown in the app.

Screenshots and privacy

Actually is designed to parse screenshot text on device. Support does not need the original screenshot unless we ask for it to investigate a specific issue.

Purchases and subscriptions

App Store purchases are processed by Apple. Manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID subscription settings. Refund requests are handled through Apple.
